Welcome to YLP. What could a 22 year old Student Pastor have to say to leaders that are anywhere from 10-20 years older than me? Well I asked myself this question and followed it with another question...What if I am not the only one who asks this?
I am learning every day about ministry, things that work and things that don't. I decided that I would post these things that I have begun to learn on a blog and let other young leaders read them. It doesn't matter if you are just a teenager about to graduate and have a thought in your mind of being in ministry, an up and coming worship pastor that is trying to get your foot in the door, a student worker, someone on your praise team at church, student pastor, small group leader, small group participant, kid worker, kid pastor, or even a young lead pastor of a church. There are all types of leaders and their is a category for you. I don't have all the answers but I am learning, and I'm asking if you want to learn with me?
